Lyle & Scott was founded in 1874 in the Scottish town of Hawick by William Lyle and Walter Scott and has a history steeped in craftsmanship and innovation. The brand still draws aspiration from its 125-year-old archive and throughout its history has adapted and applied its heritage and expertise to new product categories to produce timeless and functional styles across all categories. It is this dedication to design and quality for which Lyle and Scott were granted a Royal Warrant of appointment by The Duke of Edinburgh in 1975.
The rejuvenation of the brand can be traced back to 2003 with the launch of the ‘Vintage’ collection with its ‘Golden Eagle’ logo, creating a huge a following within the youth culture and being seen worn by a host of youth TV presenters and indie bands including the Arctic Monkeys.
PIE 2 BRANDS LTD in 2018 (under license) launched a successful line of underwear, loungewear and socks, which complements the main LYLE & SCOTT collection and is true to their heritage and expertise to create great quality product.
